Yogassage

Combines a variety of massage techniques with gentle yoga movements for deep relaxation. Emphasis is placed on awareness of breathing, building strength and flexibility and relieving tension in specific areas of the body. Yoga postures and movements are appropriate for beginners and can be adapted for those with movement limitations, maximizing the body’s fundamental functions and achieving optimal postural rebalancing.

 
Therapeutic Stretch

Treat yourself to a session of partner assisted stretching and experience this individualized approach to healing. Deep stretching releases chronic aches and pains, increases circulation and energy flow, and results in an increased range of motion and freedom from muscle tension and pain.
