We bring together complementary healing treatments so you may partake in any combination of offerings during your stay. Give yourself extra time to experience our women's sauna, relax in your plush robe, and sip chilled fruit water or a warm cup of tea.
Appointments
Our spa concierge or online booking service (coming soon) makes it easy to arrange a convenient time for your treatments. It's best to schedule in advance whenever possible but we'll do our best to accommodate last minute appointments and special requests.
Cancellations
To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
Getting Started
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment so you can begin to unwind. For guests receiving multiple services during their visit, a luxurious robe, slippers and a personal locker are provided. It's best to leave valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings.
Payment and Gratuities
We accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa. All gratuities are at the client's discretion and are not included in our treatment fees or gift certificates. Customary gratuities range from 10 to 20 percent.
Customized Care
Please tell us about any special health conditions or concerns prior to your treatment. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure you will need to consult with your physician before using our infrared sauna. Please help us to understand any sensitivity you may have to scents or cosmetic products. Some skincare procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs

We respect your desire to enjoy a serene and relaxing experience. In consideration of all of our guests, we ask that you silence your cell phone when you arrive and maintain quiet conversations throughout the spa.
